How the live market reference is calculated
The interactive dashboard requests a server-sourced XAU/USD reference and converts it into the selected currency, unit, and karat. The numeric quote changes with the source and is intentionally not treated as a fixed promise from a dealer or exchange.
The market reference is XAU/USD per troy ounce. The weight convention is 1 troy ounce at approximately 31.1 grams. The value type is a reference estimate before dealer spread, making charges, tax, and stones.
Use the tools before comparing a quote
Choose AED or another supported currency, compare 24K and other karat values, and open the calculator for a weight-specific reference. The calculator converts common units, applies the selected purity, and shows the calculation as a transparent baseline.
A spot reference is not the same as a jewelry ticket. Record the source, observed time, currency, unit, karat, net gold weight, making charges, taxes, stones, and any buy-back deduction before deciding that two prices disagree.
