These Terms of Service govern access to Gold Calculate, published by Ismail Nemat, including live prices, calculators, charts, articles, and related materials. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Gold Calculate is an informational publication and tools website. It provides market-linked gold displays, multi-currency conversions, karat breakdowns, and educational guides. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, mint, or seller of physical metal. Use does not create a client or fiduciary relationship.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully for personal or internal business information. Do not attack infrastructure, bypass security, overload endpoints with abusive automation, scrape in ways that harm performance, inject malware, or facilitate fraud. Ordinary search-engine access is welcome.
Information only
Prices, charts, conversions, karat estimates, calculator outputs, and articles are general information. They are not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and not an offer to buy or sell metal or securities. You are responsible for how you use the information.
Market data limits
We aim for timely market-linked references, but no free public site can match every exchange matching engine, dealer board, or city rate card at every instant. Feeds lag. FX cash spreads differ from reference rates. Karat math may not equal jewelry invoices that include making and tax. Verify before any purchase, sale, or pledge.
Institutional names are context, not endorsement
Mentions of the LBMA, World Gold Council, futures venues, or hallmark authorities are for market literacy. They do not mean those organizations operate or endorse this website.
Local premiums and taxes
Making charges, hallmark fees, buy-back discounts, shipping, insurance, GST/VAT, customs duties, and promotions change real outcomes. Optional margin tools are educational and do not replace a written dealer quote.
Risk
Gold prices fall as well as rise. Currency moves change local results. Past movement is not a guarantee. If you cannot afford loss, do not speculate. Seek licensed advice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
